Berta’s Tap has proudly stood as a hometown favorite in Ottawa, IL since 1945, serving generations of locals and visitors from La Salle, Peru, Utica, Streator, Morris, Mendota, and the surrounding communities. Today we had a doctor's appointment in Aurora. We drove past dozens of restaurants and we did not care! We were waiting to get home to go eat at Bertas!! Having the BEST paty melt I've ever been served with beer cheese and fries!! It is an absolute MUST!!
The Italian beef is so full of meat and cheese that it's literally OOZING! 🤤
If you want an amazing meal at a reasonable price, BERTAS IS YOUR PLACE!
We now call it "the spot" 😁
